Q: Do you charge for a consultation?
A: Most consultations can be handled over the telephone.  If, after consultation, you decide you would like a proposal for your event there may be a small proposal fee which is applied to the cost of your event when HE is your choice for the planning and management of your event.  There is no fee for a consultation, whether by telephone or face-to-face.
Q: How much time is required to plan my event?
Q: How much will my event cost?  What determines the cost?
A: The cost of any event will vary by that particular event.  We know that cost is a concern and a determining factor on many decision points.  HE has excellent resources and can put together a great package for any budget.  Our fees are set below what is standard in many cases because we just love to plan events and parties and that is a great reward! 
Q: What determines the cost of my event?
A: Cost will be determined by every decision made about your event: venue, food & beverage, decor, entertainment, outside vendors, to name a few.  HE is very resourceful and frugal-minded and will always negotiate for the best possible price for you, the client.  This is why HE is your best option for planning your special event.  HE will customize a plan that pertains to your needs and HE will only be as involved as you wish; consultant, assistant, planner, manager... it's your call.
Q: Will you hire outside vendors?
A: HE hires from a selection of preferred vendors that we know to be reputable and that share our core value whenever an event calls for a service outside of our service expertise.  HE already knows these vendors to be reasonably priced and are often willing to negotiate a better price.  They are staffed with courteous people who are eager to make your event a great one.  In this way your event is the best it can possibly be.
Q: Do you require a deposit?  A contract? 
A: HE requires a contract for every event we plan and manage.  Our contract is a simple agreement between HE and the client regarding what HE will do, when HE will do it, where HE will do it, and at what proposed cost.  Upon signing the agreement a deposit of 50% of the proposed, agreed-upon cost is due with the remaining balance due per the agreement.
Q: Can we have the party at my neighbor's pool?  A park?  A fancy venue? 
A: Parties can be planned almost anywhere (where permission is granted).  HE will handle making all arrangements, securing any required permits and managing all other details of the event or simply acting as consultant, assistant, planner, manager... it's your call.  HE loves being involved in your events in any capacity!
Q: Do you provide alcohol and servers?
A: HE does not plan events where alcohol is part of the event.  HE will not provide or serve alcoholic beverages of any kind.
Q: Our annual company picnic has grown and we need someone to handle the details.  Can you?
A: We love planning company functions!  Please contact us for all of your company meeting and social business needs throughout the year.  Be sure and check out the events HE creates.  In addition, HE will customize an annual plan for your small business and be your preferred planner so that you will not have to add yet another list of tasks to your overloaded schedule around holidays and important company functions.  You deserve to enjoy your events, and HE loves planning them!
Q: Our church would like to offer more activities for single adults and possibly combine with other church groups.  Can you orchestrate the merging of our single adult ministry with others and plan activities that draw and keep interest?
